Across our diverse range of cask ales we have combined traditional brewing practices with cutting edge technologies. We continually evolve our unique dual brewery system (which we also designed and installed) which enables us to brew two different beers simultaneously.
To achieve the desired level of carbonation in differing beer styles we use a number of techniques including natural and induced high pressure.
Due to overwhelming customer demand and after considerable R&D we have introduced to our keg stout the distinctive nitrogen cascade pour associated with the beer style.
We have developed the knowledge and capability to propagate numerous yeast strains to perfectly suit each beer style within our diverse range.
In order to ensure the perfect pint every time we dispense our non-cask carbonated beers under CO2 pressure. We keg the beers ourselves using our in-house facilities.
Unlike most brewers of a similar size, we brew, filter, carbonate, keg and distribute to select accounts two exceptional lager beers.
These complex procedures are carried out in-house in order to achieve consistently high quality.
In order to attain crystal clarity and product stability we filter our keg lagers and some keg ales. Our keg Stout and White remain unfiltered. We do not pasteurise any of our beers.
Real ale, filtered and carbonated. We provide select accounts with bespoke ales bottled real and filtered and carbonated to suit the needs of the customer.
